As a result, the Competency-Based Approach is the one that I would choose to implement because it aligns with this belief. Rather than just teaching to a list of pre-determined subjects or targets, this strategy places the emphasis on ensuring that students are acquiring the skills and information that will be of the utmost benefit to them. In addition to this, the method lends itself to a great deal of adaptability, enabling instructors to tailor their lessons to the specific requirements and pursuits of the students in their classes.
